A wine made from some of the oldest vineyards in the plot.
Vineyards that have stood up over 60 years and whose fruit evidences their mellowness.

 

It was made with virtually one-piece berries that underwent fermentation whose must macerated during 20 days with no control of temperature whatsoever. After some time in new barrels, the wine aged during 20 months in French and American oak. At the end, the gentle filtering helped to obtain a wine plenty of its own characteristics, which prevail over time.
